STAFF SAFETY INDUCTIONS AND TRAINING
In order to promote safe ways of working all employees are provided with the necessary inductions and training to give them the confidence to speak up if something isn’t right, accept responsibility for their health and safety and that of co-workers.
All subcontractors will require a company health, safety and welfare policy that will have been proved satisfactory to Power Tech.
External professionals are appointed to advise on health, safety and welfare matters to ensure that Power Tech is in full compliance with all legislation.
Neil Anderson is responsible for internal Health and Safety and should be the point of contact with regard to the company health, safety and welfare policy.
A focus on health and safety puts people first and that’s the right thing to do. When we care for people, it is reflected in the care employees take for each other, those around them, for their equipment and every aspect of their jobs.
